A soft, creamy cheese that is a twist on cheeses such as Camenbert. It’s made from cow’s milk and has an earthy, rich, and mushroom-like flavor. The cheese is pale yellow in color with a white bloomy rind.  We recommend serving this cheese at room-temperature or above.  Pairs well with cider and fruity red wines.  One of the most popular ways to enjoy this soft-ripened cheese is by baking it with honey and rosemary or garlic, which turns these discs into yummy, gooey cheeses that are perfect for dipping.
