Buckinghamshire has no history of cheesemaking. We're here to change that.
We make Winslow Blue: a raw milk blue cheese, handmade in Winslow from local milk. Creamy, complex and gently peppery, it carries the depth that only raw milk and patient maturation can give. Every wheel is made by hand, turned by hand, and dispatched from the farm.
