Based in the traditional market town of Winslow in North Buckinghamshire, the Buckinghamshire Cheese Company makes artisanal cheese on-farm, mixing traditional methods with modern innovations.

We specialise in raw milk cheeses that carry the depth and distinctiveness that only raw milk can give. We also create seasonal specials using foraged flavours and local ingredients, from hay-wrapped mould-ripened, to hard cheeses infused with foraged leaf for a subtle green-apple finish.

Being rooted in place is at the heart of everything we do. Our milk comes from local cows raised by farmers we know and trust - farmers committed to sustainable practices that improve soil health and support biodiversity.  Short supply chains.  Low food miles.  Full traceability.  From pasture to plate.
